Why use a travel advisor... isn't it more expensive?
Generally, it's not more expensive. In fact, not only is your time valuable, but we can also provide you with a price that is better value. As travel advisors, we leverage our volume and nurtured relationships to offer you exclusive benefits. We also have a network, know-how and collective experience to offer. This is not our first rodeo!

Whats the difference between a travel agent and a travel advisor?
A travel agent usually focuses on travel arrangements in a more transactional way. A travel advisor is more holistic, building relationships, curating and planning itineraries.

What if I need to cancel my trip?
Each vendor and rate will have their T&C for cancellation. We will make sure to check these before booking. It's a really good idea to have travel insurance just incase there are any unforeseen circumstances. Our curation fees are non-refundable.

What happens if I need to contact you during my trip?
I am not only your travel advisor but I will also be your travel concierge while you travel. After all I have planned your trip! This is also where the power our relationships comes in handy because there are a host of destination managers and on site and available to you.
